There are two different types of spoilers. As it can be seen from the picture above, it’s the spoiler that gives you the ‘Godfather’s look’. As for the other one, the picture is unavailable. However, if you’re interested, we can show it to you on the spot itself.

The side-skirting consists of 2 different designs which we then combined together and they were taken from the W124.

The edges were trimmed to be rounded for the smooth & well blend look.

The original rear fender was long, so we actually shorten it to make it balance with the front part.

the red marking shows the curve on the side-skirtings

Regardless it’s rain or shine, the process still continues.

The half ‘completed’ job of the project.

The moment we lay our eyes on this ride, i was like ” oh,damn.I am getting it one day”. The whole process took almost 3 weeks for completion as this was our first project on this ride. Tons of research were done before we embark on this W123 project. Can’t wait for it to come out from the painting job soon. Will update more pictures once the painting is done.

Stay tune for more.

updated:28th February 2009 (The total completion: Repainting of the whole car)

Special thanks to the car owner for sharing.

The car owner is one of the Merzclub.org member. Thank you very much to the owner for allowing me to snap his ride. This is the example of the W124 500e bodykit. It is a very rare piece. The whole installation process took at least a month due to custom wheel arches. Yes,the rims. It’s 20 inch! 0.o

Below are some of the sample cars we did.
One of our client’s W211 E200K car, enhanced with Kleemann front & rear lips and AMG Side skirtings.
The whole process took a total of 5 days. Starting with the production of the bodykits until the painting. Fitting on the front lip, rear lip, and side skirtings wasn’t easy as it required 100% precision and experience. The front lip need to be shaped (cut) accordingly to the original bumper which took gruelling hours to be done with perfection. After all was fitted, the bodykit was cemented with orange paste, to achieve a refined and well blended look. An undercoat was painted and cemented once more. Lastly, the bodykits were painted and voila! the car looks like it just came out of the factory. The bodykits looked well blended together with the car’s body. 100% satisfaction.
The process of enhancing the W211
1) Starting of the process
2) Putting on the Kleemann front lip
3) Putting on the AMG Side skirtings

4) AMG Side skirtings (Side view)

5) Fixing the Kleemann rear lip & cement with orange paste for a more refined look

TADA! The finished product.
